As a parent, it's heart-rending to find that your child is being bullied. You, and they, can feel helpless and angry and whatever is behind the bullying, it isn't an easy situation to control.
CBBC have made a series of animations aimed at children, which aim to help them to focus on the things they can control in the situation - by reflecting, managing their own mental health and boosting their resilience.
These animations illustrate the real stories of five children aged from seven to 16 as they share how they coped with bullying - offering peer-to-peer advice in an uplifting way that can serve as a positive start point for a conversation with your child.
