Jay Behrouzi visits Mr Manakeesh, an Arabic bakery in Manchester to see one of her favourite breakfast dishes come together, Zataar Manakeesh.

Melting Pot’s resident scientist Big Manny then helps Jay to overcome her biggest kitchen fear - Baking.
