Method

  1. Pour the raspberry gin, lemon juice, sugar syrup and egg white into a cocktail shaker and shake. Add ice to the shaker and shake again.

  2. Strain into a Nick and Nora glass (or small wine glass).

  3. Garnish with fresh raspberries skewered onto a cocktail stick.
