Fried halibut steaks

Method
Scatter a think layer of flour onto a plate. Dip the halibut steaks into the lemon juice, then into the flour on both sides.
Fry the fish until firm and cooked right through, about five minutes on each side.
Serve hot scattered with parsley and served with large wedges of lemon.
