Brush your kebabs, ribs or chicken pieces with this sweet and fragrant Thai-style barbecue sauce. The honey could catch and burn, so use this sauce on meat cooked over an indirect heat, or brush on at the last minute over direct heat.
Ingredients
- 125ml/4fl oz runny honey
- 3 tbsp tomato purée
- 2 tbsp red Thai curry paste
Method
Mix all of the ingredients together and brush on chicken pieces, kebabs or ribs for the barbecue.
