A super quick and easy green bean salad served with zesty tinned fish. Perfect for speedy lunches.

Method

  1. Steam the green beans for 2–3 minutes. You can use a steamer or set a colander over boiling water with a saucepan lid on top.

  2. Mix the tuna, lemon juice, mayonnaise and parsley in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.

  3. Toss the beans with olive oil. Serve with the tuna and sprinkle over lemon zest.
