Hundreds of people took the plunge in Guernsey for a charity Boxing Day swim.
The swim at Cobo on the west coast is the biggest annual fundraiser for the Guernsey Cheshire Home for people living with physical disability.
Chair of the charity, Rhona Humphreys, said she was always impressed by how many people supported it.
"So many people come down and support and I think it's something that Guernsey does very well," she said.
