John-Paul Davies takes your calls on strict holiday lets rules, banning traffic and Rory McIlroy's Masters win.
Are holiday let rules too strict? Do our cities need to be more pedestrian friendly? Rory McIlroy has won the Masters, so is there something you have worked really hard for?
Monday's Phone In with John-Paul Davies.
Thousands of tourism jobs could be lost in Wales without changes to "brutal" holiday let rule that force them to be let for 182 days a year, according to an industry body. Do you think it's right to have these rules in place to protect homes for local people or are the rules too strict?
Traffic is to be banned in Wrexham at certain times of the day to make the city centre more "inviting". So do our cities need to be more pedestrian friendly or are we becoming too hostile for cars?
and Rory McIlroy has finally won the Masters, a prize which had long eluded him for over a decade. So tell me about the thing you’ve worked really hard for? What for you has been a long time coming?
