In a nutshell yes, you can do all the exercises you were doing before. Like they say it’s not an illness, you are pregnant.

What I would say is that just because you’ve found out you’re pregnant, do not go and join the gym because you’re expecting, because you’re expecting to put on weight. Do, if you are already exercising keep doing what you’re doing but don’t start vigorous exercise just because you’re pregnant and you don’t want to gain a lot of weight.

The thing they can start is yoga It’s lovely, they can do yoga. You can encourage them to do yoga, and Pilates. It’s nice.

Yeah, swimming is fantastic, yeah, yeah. Swimming, even just brisk walks and stuff like that.

Or even dancing, so if you like to dance a lot you can sort of continue that during your pregnancy and I think that's pretty much what we’re saying.
