Classroom Ideas
This clip offers an opportunity to start a discussion about the Welsh language while doing work about Welsh culture. The students could be shown the clip and asked what they have understood, before giving them a vocabulary sheet and showing it to them again. The clip could be shown for a third time and a listening and comprehension task set. After viewing the clip, pupils could be asked to consider how important the Welsh language is to them and what kind of place Wales would be without the language.
