Jade Jones: 'Taekwondo has been my whole life'
Wales' double Olympic Taekwondo champion Jade Jones is switching sports and has taken up boxing.
Speaking to 5 Live's Holly Hamilton the 31-year-old said “it’s sad and emotional as Taekwondo has been my whole life, it’s made me and my family, but all good things have to come to an end eventually”.
Jones, who won gold at London 2012 and Rio 2016, is now aiming to become a professional boxer.
“it’s a tough ask but I believe if I put my mind to it, who knows where it could go”.
