Team news

Nottingham Forest will assess several of their players after what head coach Nuno Espirito Santo called "a very demanding" FA Cup semi-final defeat last Sunday.

Full-back Ola Aina has missed the past four matches with a calf injury but he could return on Thursday.

Brentford have no fresh injury problems arising from their most recent fixture, which was a 4-2 win over Brighton almost two weeks ago.

Full-back Aaron Hickey and Igor Thiago are back in training after respective long-term hamstring and knee injuries but this match will come too soon for both.

Vitaly Janelt is out for the season after heel surgery and Fabio Carvalho is unlikely to play again in this campaign due to a shoulder problem, while Josh Dasilva is also sidelined with a knee injury.
